Passive income generation that can be handed down from generation to generation requires hard work and constant maintenance efforts, but can be very rewarding, We consult on ownership, development and management of income producing commercial and multifamily real estate nationwide.
One area we will be looking at is Mobile Home Parks. MHPs allow you to acquire more units for less money. It’s the lowest cost investment per unit of any real estate asset class. Most park owners own the land, and not the units themselves. This means the cost of investment is typically a lot less in comparison to the number of units.
Investment Strategy Development
Consulting includes development and use of a new concept and investment vehicle called an IHA, or “Investor Held Account”. This cutting edge new type of account allows institutional investors to hold their funds in their own accounts, giving “trade only” access to the Asset Manager preventing unauthorized withdrawals and transfers. This prevents inaccurately reported investment returns and accounting because bookkeeping, accounting, tax planning, etc. remains in the control of the investor, allowing them to review the returns themselves in real time. The asset manager is still compensated as if the funds were managed in a traditional manner.
Steve no longer accepts investor funds and will probably never launch another fund in the U.S.
